Dear Children,

We know a lot of you are concerned about the environment and want to look after it so it will be there in the future. We’d like you to help us make people more aware of nature around us. We have a spring quiz which you can do with your parents or by yourselves over the holiday. We would like you to share with us what you see and know. If you can tell us where you see things then this will help us build a picture up of our local wildlife but do tell us about those things you see when you are out and about anywhere else. If you remember where you see the different things, please tell us e.g. the Ridge.

The more of you that take part the better a picture you will give us of what is happening in nature around us so share what you find and don’t worry about whether you find everything. These are just a few examples to start you off.

We have 30 easter gift bags to give away to the first 30 entries (from children – so do put your year group in). There are also some extra prizes for some of the most exciting entries so do send in your answers even if you think more than 30 people have entered. We are inviting all the primary schools around Badger Farm and Oliver’s Battery to enter.

Drop your entries in at Badger Farm Community Centre or email them to bfobrca.enquiries@gmail.com clearly marked Spring Quiz for Kids.

Closing date for entries is 22^nd of April 2021.
