Unit 12 have set up a Community Food Pantry Project. The Pantry initiative is designed to support people with food deprivation, helping them to escape or move on from their current emergency with a ‘helping hand’ approach.

What is the Pantry?

A Pantry is “get more for less”. It is to help and encourage families that need a little bit of support to manage and budget through these tough times. We aim to help many local residents on a weekly basis.

What will you find in our Pantry?

You will find a range of fresh, frozen and general foods. This will change on a weekly basis, based on what we received in from our suppliers. Occasionally, we will have giveaway items.

The Community Food Pantry gives additional support on budgeting, wellbeing, adult learning and employment.
