Parish councils have a range of powers and are involved in many activities, including planning, promoting tourism, licensing, community halls, representation and management of town and village centres. They can make a key contribution to the well being of their local community.
Their work falls into three main categories:
- representing your local community
- delivering services to meet local needs
- striving to improve quality of life in the parish.
Badger Farm Parish Council meets on the 2nd Monday of each month – excluding August – in The Bushfield Room at Badger Farm Community Centre at 7.30pm. For more information contact the Clerk on clerk@badgerfarm-pc.gov.uk.
