Winchester Junior Chess Club is organising a Christmas chess camp for children from 6 to 14 years old. Christmas chess camp runs from 20th to 24th December from 10am to 2pm.

This 5-day programme is a great opportunity for your child to learn a lot about chess and, more importantly, have fun. Between chess sessions, the children will take breaks to play table football. Imagination, creativity, decision-making, patience, concentration and focus are some of the skills your child will develop in our 5th chess camp.

The fee is £35 per day. Early bird discount until 1st December is £30. Book as many or as few days as you like. The chess camp will be run by Fide Chess Coach and Junior Hampshire chess association trainer Lucas Piecha.

As well as running chess camps in the holidays, Winchester Junior Chess Club meets at the Community Centre every Sunday morning from 11am to 12 noon.
