About Teen Yoga
Teen Yoga is an informal exploration of all things Yoga. In these classes, we will be slowing down and checking in, bringing the mind and the body together by listening to the gut and bringing the focus to the internal process. Noticing the emotional and physical connection between the mind and body, and spending quality restorative time with ourselves. We will be blending gentle vinyasa sequences with reflective rest, stopping occasionally to dance it out if needed!
Hello, I’m Beth. I am a Yoga Teacher based in Winchester. After training in India 4 years ago, I have gone on to teach Yoga, Meditation and Pranayama all over the world. I teach all ages and abilities and am passionate about helping people connect to themselves. I trained in Astanga Yoga (500 hrs RYS), a highly dynamic and structured practice that follows a strict set of poses. My own classes are informed by these teachings, often echoing sequences or poses, however my style varies – I approach each pose as a gentle opportunity for restoration and relaxation. I teach private classes online from the (relative) tranquillity of my balcony, and I teach Teen Yoga across Winchester. Outside of Yoga am I a passionate gardener; often I find that there is very little a walk amongst the flowers can’t solve.
