DDMIX (Diverse Dance Mix) is a brand new full body workout, created by Darcey Bussell and Nathan Clarke, based on a range of different dance styles from around the world, as well as eras, with easy to follow steps. All you need is a pair of trainers, lots of enthusiasm and the rest will be provided! Classes are run every Friday morning between 9.30am and 11.00am by Gemma Feeney, founder of the Aucott School of Dance and DDMIX certified trainer.
